US Fantasy Sports Group dba US Fantasy Sports games are
for individuals and groups in The United States (Excluding
Vermont), Puerto Rico and Canada (Excluding Quebec).
US Fantasy Sports Group shall be evaluated according to
United States and Canadian Law. This promotion is intended
for viewing within the United States and Canada.
Louisiana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, Maryland,
Florida, Arizona, province of Quebec and all jurisdictions outside
the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico may play any game
but are subject to applicable laws when it comes to winning any
and all prizes.
1. This is a GAME OF SKILL: the follwing objectives will be used
determine the winners. Our games require a owner to use there
skill and knowledge of any given sport to determine and elaluate
the rules, players, teams, stats, relevent news and any other
relevent sporting information to complete according to the rules
of any game.
2. ELIGIBILITY. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter
Those that are younger may enter but must do so with a parent.
Residents of Vermont, Louisiana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Arizona,
Florida, Mayland, Montana, and the province of Quebec may play
and have their positions noted but will not receive any prizes.
Officers, employees, ans owners of USFS mya play in any game if
they act in full accordance with the rules but are not Eligible to
win any prizes.
3. GAMBLING. US Fantasy Sports may not be used in anyway or
associated with gambling or the gamling industry
4. DISCLAINER. US Fantasy Sports will not be responsible for any
late, lost, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries. We
will further no be responsible for game disruptions, injuries, losses,
or damages cased by any event beyond the control of USFS. Errors
associated with printing and typographical mistakes, as associated with
any game, are not the responsibility of USFS.
5. GENERAL RELEASE. By participating in any game you
release USFS, Michael Conrad and US Fantasy Sports Group,
Sponsors, and any and all companies related to any of the
above from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs,
injuries, losses, damages of any kind, acceptance possession,
or use of any prize (including without limitatio, claims, costs
injuries, and loses related to personal injuries, death, damage
to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy,
defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether interntional
or unintentional, whether under a theory of contract, tort
(including negligence), warreant or other theory arising out of or in
connection with any game.
6. PRIZES. All prizes are outlined in detail on the appropriate
league rules pages. All prize winners should allow 8-10 weeks
for conclusion of the game. Please note that a signed form will
be required for any cash to be sent. All prizes will be awarded
per the outlined rules. Prizes are awarded "AS IS AND WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND". ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH ANY
PRIZE AWARDED IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
7. NOTIFICATION. Winners will be notified by e-mail and regular
mail within 8-10 weeks after the final games. Winners shall return
an affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these prize within (15)
days following attempted notification. Failure to comply with this
requirement may result in disqualification and selection of an
alternate winner. Any prize notification returned as undelieverable
will result in diqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
US Fantasy Sports is not reasponsible for e-mail changed accounts
and the tracking of those changes. By signing up you agree that
any change to your e-mail or regular mailing address must be
changed in accordance with the law. You agree to that you grant
USFS the right to use applicants names for publicity. Winners grant
USFS the full right to use there names in any advertising and
promotion for this product and service. Further permission and
compensation is not required.
8. INTERNET/TECHNOLOGY PROBLEMS. If for any reason the Internet portion
of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes beyond the control of US Fantasy Sports, which
corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of this game and contest, US Fantasy Sports reserve the right at
their sole discretion, to disqualify and individual who violates these Official
Rules or the associated rules sets referenced herein, if any, tampers with
the entry process, or engages in any conduct detrimental to US Fantasy
Sports, the Game or any other entrant (in each case as determined in
US Fantasy Sports sole discretion), to lock out any individual whose
eligibility is inquestion, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Game at any time. Released Parties assume no responsibility for, and will
not be liable for, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay
in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or
destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. None
of the Released Parties are in any way responsible or liable for nay any
problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment,
software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by US Fantasy
Sports on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any other person’s computer related to or resulting from
participation or downloading of any materials in the Game. CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB
SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN
ATTEMPT BE MADE, MACTRAA ENTERPRISES INC. RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO SEEK FROM ANY SUCH PERSON DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER
REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO US Fantasy Sports TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. RULES; WINNERS LIST. This Game is subject to these Official
Rules and any other rules sets expressly reference herein.
Game entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official
Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final on
all matters pertaining to this game. US Fantasy Sports reserves
the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its
sole discretion to improve the Game. Official Rules may be obtained

10. MINORS. If you are a monor, your parents or legal guardians
further agree to indemnify each of the released parties from any
claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages described in the preceding
paragraphs which may be suffed by you.
11. RULE CHANGES. US Fantasy Sport reserves the right to make
any changes to any of the rules at any time. All changes MUST be
in the best interest of US Fantasy Sports participates and ownership.

13. HEADERS. The section headers contained herein are only
provided for convenience purposes only and shall not be used to
modify or interpret the terms of these Official Rules.
14. SEVERABILITY. In the event that any provision of these Official
Rules is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree
or decision, the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain valid and
enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the
provisions of these Official Rules be enforced to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that
if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed
modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.
15. CREDIT BALANCE and FORSALE TEAMS.
All credit balances will will held for a maximum of one year. If a credit
balance is not requested after one year via the form below the credit balance
will be forfeited to USFS. Teams that are purchased on discount terms are
eligable for prizes if the full price of the team is paid for before any and
all prize distribution to that team. In other words if you buy a team for
$25.00 and the regular price is $40.00 you will have to pay the $15.00 difference
before any prize distribution. If you have won $65.00 then you would be eligible for
a $10.00 prize distribution. $15.00 to pay difference, $40.00 held on
account and the difference paid.
16. LEAGUE SUSPENSION or CLOSURE.
US Fantasy Sports makes no guarantee that any keeper league will continue and
survive for any given period of time. If the number of returning owners is
not greater than 60% the league may be suspended or closed by USFS. To have
a good league you need good owners. It is up to the owners to make the league
a good one. As long as USFS is providing a new league or comparable team credit
balances outlined in the rules will be maintained.
